It was a fresh installation of brandnew Desktops and Laptops.
1. Windows XP SP3 English with all Updates and German MUI
2. Lotus Notes 8.5.1 English with German MUI
=> after this Step, everything worked fine
3. Trend Micro Office Scan 10.0SP1
=> after this Step the error occured.
